COST: The cost of each tour includes round trip transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing, admission fees, and meals as defined in the contract. Any additional attractions, meals, and tours not stated in the original contract will be at an additional cost. Corinth Charters and Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary, substitute any attraction or lodging as may be necessary for carrying out the tour, or cancel any tour for conditions beyond our control.
PAYMENT: Deposits and payments for the tour are due in the office of Corinth Charters and Tours according to the schedule defined in the contract. For cancellation, the participant must notify Corinth Charters and Tours in writing (via letter, email, or fax) no later than the cutoff date. After the cutoff date defined in the contract, there will be no refund of any deposit or payments. If the minimum participation number is not attained, the trip will be canceled and all monies will be refunded to participants.
TRAVEL INFORMATION: Prior to departure, you will be provided with an itinerary with all pertinent information and a list of hotels/motels and their phone numbers in which you will be staying on tour.
LUGGAGE: Each participant may carry one large piece of luggage for the luggage compartment and a small, soft carry-on bag for the seating area which should be placed in the overhead luggage rack or under the seat. Baggage and all other property will be transported at the passenger’s own risk and only in an amount that can conveniently be carried in the chartered coach.
RESPONSIBILITY: Corinth Charters and Tours operates under ICC No. MC-425466 and USDOT-1009534 and complies with all DOT regulations. We cannot be responsible for personal injury to customers or for the loss of their personal belongings. We accept no responsibility in connection with the service of any transportation company (other than Corinth Charters and Tours) or conveyance used to carry out a tour or charter, nor are we responsible for delay, accident, or loss of personal property, or for additional expenses due to floods, war, storms, or other causes beyond our control; any such expense would be borne by the customer. We encourage tour participants to research and purchase travel insurance as they deem necessary. We reserve the right to change itineraries as may be necessary for carrying out the tour and to cancel any tour for conditions beyond our control, including insufficient participation. In the event of mechanical problems that cannot be corrected in a reasonable amount of time, Corinth Charters and Tours will contract with another bus company at no additional cost to the customer.
